At Keys to Fitness gym, we have combined learnings from numerous fitness accreditations with peak athletic performance experience to create workout modules focused on improving the muscles throughout the body that are used for everyday movement. With increased strength and endurance, we can significantly improve our quality of life and avoid unexpected injury. Learning functional movement can start at an early age and create habits that will last a lifetime, but it’s never too late to train. We take a Fitness For All approach and strongly believe in the importance of using the body to lead an overall healthy life, no matter when we start in life.

I had back surgery and have always been gingerly with any back activities like bending, carrying, lifting, stretching, etc. Working with Jarrett, he helped me develop the confidence to move better. By taking precautions and utilizing proper positioning, he taught me the correct techniques to use when engaging my back.
